Responsibilities
- 3+ years in an international SaaS customer-facing role with a track record of success, 2+ years in a sales closing role.
- Ability to handle all types of leads through different sources (SEO, Webflow experts, Slack channels and others).
- Strong business acumen that includes prior experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships, anticipating change, adjusting priorities accordingly and working effectively as a team.
- You thrive partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, and aligning key stakeholders company-wide at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
- Ability to take responsibility for a target based sales closure on a quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
- Ability to reach out to the leads, discuss the project with clients and coordinate with the development team to give estimation and sales closure.
- Person should be very good in creating communication pipelines especially email pipelines and generate new leads.
- Ability to research the latest in the no code industry especially with different tools in the market and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Ability to make international calls, if needed [This is not a outbound telesales-position].
- Should have managed accounts with 50+ FTE and six-figure deals.
- Should be consultative and able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and life cycles.
- Self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly and be a creative problem solver for the team.
- You embody a growth mindset and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and grow. Extreme curiosity about the no-code tools and its ability to handle different industries, and your customer’s stories/project.
- Strong operational mindset, eager to build processes for yourself and the team to maximize productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
